Exchanges:

In the chance that you need to exchange an item, please follow the steps below. We know how frustrating getting the wrong sized item can be, so we have implemented one of the fastest and easiest exchange programs out there.

You should find a return/exchange form on the back of the packing slip included in your order. Follow the simple instructions on the back and include the form in the package being sent back. If you did not receive the form in your order you can print it here. Just make sure to include the name the order was placed under and phone number or email address for identification.

As soon as your returned package arrives back to us, we will issue a full refund (including your original shipping cost if you note that you are re-ordering).

At this time, we recommend that you send items back for a refund and place a new order if an exchange is needed for the fastest turnaround time.

Keep in mind that you may be able to print return shipping labels from the post office at home by visiting USPS.com and can also schedule a pickup.

Returns MUST be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused (trying an apparel item on your dog for size would not be considered used) with all packaging intact for a full refund of the product price. We are very reasonable and will work with you to ensure you are happy. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card or payment method used for your order. Manufacturer Defects:

In the extremely unlikely chance you receive an item with a suspected manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to determine the appropriate remedy and, where applicable, assist with the manufacturer's warranty process. Manufacturer warranties, if any, vary by product and manufacturer and may have their own terms, conditions, and time limits.
