Both the WalkyDog bike leash and Bike Tow Leash have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. If there is a problem with your leash that is due to a defect, contact us right and let us know what the issue is. Defects are rare, but if they occur, we will handle it promptly.
What if my dog doesn't like the bike leash? Most dogs love our bike leashes, but if for some reason your dog doesn't, you can return the item for full store credit or for a partial refund. If you are not satisfied with your bike leash, return it within 30 days of the purchase date for full credit in the amount of the product purchase price for use at our store, or for a partial refund. Please understand that used items are not eligible for a full refund. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Contact us and let us know your concerns. We will work it out.
