Where do you ship to? We ship anywhere in the United States via UPS and USPS. Our standard shipping is good for the 48 continental United States (Sorry - Alaska and Hawaii are not currently eligible for this rate, but we do still ship to these great locations for a very reasonable rate). We also ship to Canada via USPS for most items unless otherwise noted. Canadian shipments can take from 1 to 2 weeks depending on how long it takes to get through Canadian customs. We offer standard and priority shipping services to Canada. We also ship to APO addresses unless otherwise noted - please choose this shipping option at checkout. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. See the map below for estimated shipping times via our standard shipping option. We try our very best to ship your order out the same day it is placed if received by 12:00 pm CST so you can enjoy your purchase at the soonest possible date:

What is your return policy?
Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges: In the chance that you need to exchange an item, please follow the steps below. We know how frustrating getting the wrong sized item can be so we have implemented one of the fastest and easiest exchange programs out there. Get the item you need faster than ever before by asking about our expedited exchange option.
Step by Step Exchanges:
1) Please email support@thedogoutdoors.com and let us know what you need to exchange. We will promptly respond to you with simple instructions for getting the items you want fast. The email will provide an exchange # to be included in the package you are sending back for faster processing.
2) Follow the instructions in the email and send your unused item (all tags and packaging intact) back to the warehouse address we provide (You will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will cover shipping costs for sending the exchange items back to you.)
3) We will get your exchange out to you as quickly as possible.
Returns:
Please make all returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused with all packaging intact for a full refund of the product price. Items that are used, but are still in good condition may be returned and a 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. In some cases full store credit of the product price can be offered as an alternative to a refund. If the item is damaged as a result of misuse, a return will not be accepted. If an item has a manufacturer defect then we will replace the item or refund your money - no questions asked. We are very reasonable and want you to be happy with your purchase. Email us anytime with concerns or questions and we will make it right.
Step by Step Returns:
1) Please email support@thedogoutdoors.com and explain the reason you want to return the item (if the item is defective we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement immediately). We will promptly send you further instructions by email for returning the item along with a return #.
2) Follow the instructions in the email we send you and send your item back to the warehouse address we provide (Sorry - at this time the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective).
3) Get Refunded once we receive and process your return.
Manufacturer Defects:
*In the extremely unlikely chance you receive a defective item please refer to the following policy. If there is a manufacturer defect on any item you will have the option of a full refund or immediate exchange. The Dog Outdoors will promptly refund or exchange your defective item within 60 days of purchase on all items we carry. After 60 days the manufacturer warranty will take affect, but we will still handle refunds or exchanges for you making this process as hassle-free as possible.
Benefit from our experience. First of all, we believe in and use all of the products we sell. If it didn't meet my standards, it wouldn't be available at The Dog Outdoors. We can personally answer any questions you have because we use the products. We are happy to always be available for questions even long after you have made a purchase. We know how important our customers are to us.

What is the fastest way to get my questions answered?
Both my wife and I are proud to offer same day shipping on orders in most cases as long as the order is made by 12 p.m. CST. In order to offer this service we are not able to answer phones throughout the day. We do frequently check email as we process orders and even after hours and on weekends. If you have a question about any of our products or a current order with us, please shoot us an email and we will get back to you shortly with a detailed response to your question. Jenny and I answer all emails ourselves and this method of communication will allow us to digest your questions and provide you with a well thought out response. Don't be surprised if you get a response shortly after emailing us. Although email is highly preferred, if you need to reach us by phone please call 512-703-0210 - it just will take longer to get an answer due to time in the day. We are trying to catch up with growth as quickly as possible and hope to have some help around here soon :)
We are also not actively taking orders over the phone at the moment for the same reason, but hope to offer this option in the future.
