What kind of warranty do your dog bike leashes have?

Both the WalkyDog bike leash and Bike Tow Leash have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If there is a problem with your leash that is due to a defect, contact us right away and will have a new one out to you the next day or will issue you a full product refund upon receipt of the defective item.

What if my dog doesn't like the bike leash?

Most dogs love our bike leashes, but if for some reason they do not you can return the item for full store credit or for a partial refund. If you are not satisfied with your bike leash, return it within 30 days for full credit to your store account in the amount of the product purchase price, or for a partial refund. Please understand that used items are not eligible for a full refund. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Contact us and let us know your concerns. We will work it out.
